The B&B Le Magnolie is a charming newly renovated villa located in the Fontespina district, just a short walk from the sea (approximately 350 m.) and only 5 minutes by public transport from the city center (with the shuttle) and the Città Alta. This area is panoramic, overlooking the hills and is one of the most beautiful in Civitanova Marche. The neighborhood is residential, prestigious and well-served, with supermarkets, post office, church, restaurants and pizzerias. We are also quite close to the Villa Pini Clinic. The coast is characterized by sandy beaches with free areas and chalets equipped with restaurants and services for bathers. The sea is clean, as evidenced by the blue flag, with shallow and sandy bottoms, ideal for children. In the center of Civitanova Marche, there is a wonderful promenade with trendy clubs and nightlife. The strategic location of this property makes it particularly suitable for vacations focused on the sea, relaxation and shopping, but also for business or study stays. The kitchen is reserved exclusively for breakfast, which you can enjoy independently with the products we offer. Cooking is not allowed. During the summer season, you can relax or have breakfast in the shade of our spacious porch overlooking the sea. Parking is available inside our courtyard, protected by a gate. We are surrounded by greenery and for those who love the countryside, they can enjoy the typical sounds of nature, such as the singing of birds, roosters, crickets, and cicadas.
